Lucy & Co fulfill all ACoP criteria for both minor and major project works and use a trusted external consultant team as required for larger projects. Lucy & Co also have the in house ability to act as CDM Co-ordinators on many projects - including

• Coordination of the flows of information to required parties

• Advising our clients on the surveys required prior to works commencing
